I needed some small body trim fasteners for my trunk lid liner. The parts counter guy greeted me immediately, I gave him the part number, he delivered them to me in about 1 minute. Fast, Friendly and Reasonably priced ! Here’s a video of an amazing hot rod on the showroom floor.
I called Inver Grove Toyota about some Lexus parts I needed, and I spoke with Gideon. He was very knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. The specific parts I needed weren't in stock, but Gideon made the ordering process incredibly clear and easy. It was a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend his excellent service!
