I hit a rock and my car instantly lost oil pressure/died in quite the bad spot. Jorge show up within minutes. Professional, friendly, efficient, fast, and knowledgeable. Will definitely use JC towing for future needs. Reasonably priced. Cab of truck was extremely clean. I work alongside blue collar guys all the time, it was a pleasant surprise riding in an extremely clean cab!

Last night I had locked my keys in my car I already maxed my towing services I even called 911 they couldn't help me I was told about JC Towing that they are fast,knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He came from issaquah to Everett after hours.he had me in my car 10min no damage or mess very clean and organized. Also has good rates.THANK YOU JC TOWING !!!!

After calling AAA and waiting well over an hour before they were even able to locate a towing company that could take the job AAA finally found someone that was still another hour plus away…… I found out I could pick anyone and AAA will reimburse me. I called JC towing and Jorge was there in about 15 minutes and was super friendly and professional and fast and had a great smile and attitude and very reasonably priced. I will call him first every time before waiting for AAA!

JCTowing took the job as booked by my insurance company. The first text message from Jorge said he was too busy and was cancelling. When I told him I had already paid for the tow, he said it was too cheap for him to come. Then he closed the job saying I wasn’t at the location. Nope, not the case. Find a more reliable company!

Arrived very quickly, was friendly and professional. Communication was efficient before, during and after service. Highly recommend!
