Very easy to work with. Our salesperson Corey was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. They offered additional services when I purchased but very not pushy at all when I declined them. Everything went quick and easy. Only thing if I had to point out anything was that the inside detail of the vehicle I purchased could have been better. I ended up doing additional inside detail myself when I got the vehicle home. Wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again though.

Shook hands when we bought a 2025 Ram. Unfortunately, that meant nothing but Belzers saying "got your money. " Truck has been in the shop a dozen times and im still going. The service advisors I was dealing with were unprofessional. Ranging from incompetence, rude, lying and completely ignoring the customer. Everything is fine and dandy if your vehicle runs great, but if it doesn't, they will not stand behind the product they sold you for tens of thousands of dollars. I still have intermittent issues that they will not address under warranty because they cant replicate it and/or there is no check engine light. I have multiple videos and that means nothing. Once warranty is over with and they can get paid, then they will fix it I guess. Got banned from the place for giving them a low score
