After being referred to Mr. Belzer, he connected me with Consultant Jordan to assist with my Dodge Durango purchase. Communication was punctual, and once I arrived, he made sure the process went smoothly. Everything went exactly as planned. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! Purchased 2023 Dodge Hornet GT plus certified. Left the lot around 4:40 pm. This morning at 3:30am the car will not start. Says it's not in park. All lights on dash. Headlights stay on. Obvious electrical issues. Called Belzer numerous times and they do not seemed concerned. Stay away from these dealerships! Also purchased extended warranty. No help or concern from Belzer. Worst possible dealership around. Also when I finally spoke to Jeff from sales, I asked about a return or exchange...his reply we dint do that however you can trade it in. And I imagine on trade Belzer will offer less than 10k on a car i paid 24k with less than 200 miles put on.

I was browsing the website and decided to reach out to Rachel in finance with some loan questions, and she responded instantly! She has been absolutely amazing and very communicative throughout the entire process. Rachel works out of the Lakeville office, and when we went to the Roseville location, she had everything set up perfectly for us. She connected us with Jacob to handle our financing and Mason as our salesman. All three went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. We were in and out with a new vehicle in under two hours! Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience and would highly recommend working with this team.
