I’ve been a customer for a couple years. Started with an oil change and now I have all work I need done there. I’m very happy with the service I’ve received. They’re very thorough in their complimentary inspection and let me know ahead of time when there are things coming up I need to be aware of. That’s great for planning financially. I’m always welcomed in, they’re a friendly group. Appreciate the AAA discount and the shuttle when I need it.

Took my truck in for service and had the best experience. I had work done by another larger shop in Eugene and still had some of the same issues. They found that one part did not get replaced and a vacuum tube was falling off and causing the issues. They replaced that part and tuned up my truck for the 100,000 mile and the truck has been running perfect. The communication from the staff while they were working on the truck was a plus as I knew what was happening along the way! Thank you for the white glove work!
