Normally their service is five stars Jiffy Lube in Edgewood, Maryland, delivered their usual fast, efficient service—the oil change was done in under 10 minutes—but my requested tire rotation didn’t happen at first, not due to oversight, but because Reese, the assistant manager and grandson of the owner, decided it wasn’t going to happen that day. Once I clarified the situation, they completed the rotation as requested. Bottom line: Jiffy Lube provides fast, competent service, but apparently some extra requests depend entirely on Reese’s mysterious judgment calls.

After a bad experience at the JL in Bel Air North, I have gone here instead for the past 4-5 oil changes and any time I have tire problems. I cannot recommend this team enough. They listen attentively when you bring up specific issues and work quickly and effectively. The staff will be honest with you and will suggest going to a dealership if it is not something they can help with. They have a full tire center so they can do most replacements and patches. This Jiffy Lube is very well run. They are always fast and friendly. They’ve done oil changes for us as well as battery and tire services. We have always been pleased and they are always fast with great customer service.
