Jiffy Lube

Everyone was great! It was super quick and easy! They also checked the air in my tires and helped with a couple other things I needed! I’ll definitely be returning when I need service again!

This is an amazing Jiffy Lube!! I love my Mustang and always goto Jiffy Lube when its time for oil. I am visiting from California and needed an oil change so I hit a local one and I was not disappointed. Truth be told, this Jiffy Lube impressed me a little more than my Cali Jiffy Lube and that's saying something. From check-in to check out, it was just phenomenal service. They are very thorough here. My filters were checked, my fluids were topped off and all my tires were brought to proper pressure. They even noticed I could use a spark plug change and my brake fluid needed changing during the inspection, which is important information I need to know. They're really on top of their game here. This crew of men whom helped me at the Coburg Road location in Eugene, Oregon was absolutely amazing with their professionalism, knowledge, kindness and dedication as a team! No pressure to purchase any additional services though I did after recommendations of what would need to be done sooner than later, they also told me which parts looked great too. It felt so nice to be taken care of as a customer and they worked so great together, you can sure see that they enjoy their job and are well taken care of as employees. They all said “how happy they are to be there, and doing what they do!” …( You can see it) ☺️👌🏻 I will be returning to them for my future needs! I come in periodically for services on my work truck and it’s always a great experience. Kat does a very thorough job (she uses a stool to reach everything under my hood 😆). I had a good chat today with the manager about our kids while waiting for a part and he was very kind, checking in regarding wait times and making sure I was being communicated with. Thanks for the help and hard work guys 😊
