The mechanic at this location was about to leave for the day when I arrived however he did stay for thermostat repair. An hour into the repair I was outside and heard him swearing loudly. I realized this was not a good sign & mentioned to Dylan who had returned from lunch. Another part was needed and had to be ordered and it was not going to arrive the same day. Mechanic leaves. I had to uber back home 20miles away. The next day the nechsnic was on the phone when I called and quoted me $500 more than I initially expected $690. I was quoted a pricing for each part & it would have been $220 the coolant flushing which was not clear & expectation for me was $100-150 before labor costs & another part (thermostats housing) which was ordered & defective. Recent leadership changes have definitely been a positive for this location. Frankie and crew are ready to take care of you I've been to this location many times and it's the first time I can remember.Seeing how eager they were to make sure they took care of my car and got my coolant flushed in a quick and easy manner. Excellent experience. Attendant was knowledgeable and courteous. Only thing was my $89 oil change ended up being $118 by the time I paid.

Went to get my oil changed. As I drove away, my car was making a rubbing sound and felt like it wouldn’t move forward when I pressed the gas. I went back and told the store. They looked at all the places they did work and said it looked fine. Told me to go to Subaru to have it looked at. I brought it to Pep Boys. Tech from Jiffy Lube apparently drained the transmission fluid. Pep Boys filled it.

I go here often, and they do quick work at a reasonable price. And recently, when an error was made in pricing and service work, the store manager, Jon, immediately took care of it, along with an apology and compensation for my time and inconvenience. He has integrity, which is why I will continue to nice this Jiffy Lube my service.
