Jiffy Lube Multicare

My dealership quoted me over $400 to change a headlight because they said they had to take bumper off of my Jeep. Chris at Jiffy Lube changed it without the so-called "taking bumper off" and I walked out of there paying under $38. I was in shock!! I highly recommend Chris and this place. I've been here for oil changes but this is the first time I've needed other services. Thank you Chris for being honest and not taking advantage of people the way some of these places do. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube and their staff in Branford.

Had a great experience here last time so I decided to come back. I called to see if they were busy as I’m 8 minutes away. I was told “first come, first serve”. I expressed my understanding and again asked if it was a busy day and was told “anything can happen, 3 cars can pull up at any minute”. I understand that, I was only asking if this minute was a good time. I will go somewhere else as my business doesn’t seem needed or welcomed here. Disappointing cause I usually have a good experience at Jiffy Lube.

My fiance was here the 15th and asked about an oil change. She was told that to get her oil changed it would cost $111 which is absurd. Long story short you can’t trust the people here because they apparently think they can over charge and scam women. I Would never recommend a place that does business like this. Just for reference she came to my mechanic at another date and it cost her $65. DO NOT COME HERE.

Excellent experience, this morning was my first time getting an oil change done and Chris was the owner was extremely helpful

Chris is the owner and is great! I moved into East Haven 2 years ago, I went to get my oil change at his shop and since we talked I go back for all my oil changes and more.
