Jimmy Gray Chevrolet Service and Repair Center

I took my vehicle in for a oil change and was greeted by Mr Chad. His demeanor was very pleasant. I told him Saturday was the only day I could come and he gave me the Wednesday Lady's Day Special price!! They also ordered lunch for the staff. Mr Chad fix me a plate!!! I greatly appreciate that customer service. Thank you so much for your kindness see you in another 3,000 miles!!

I've been going to Jimmy Gray Chevrolet for about 6yrs now with no real serious complaints; however, I had a 2nd install of a set of tires put on my truck on Wednesday, 2/28. The purchase totaled to be $772--paid without incident. My issue is, this is the 2nd install that I've received and both times, my tire pressure sensors were effected and were of no use afterwards. During the first install in 2021, I was told that my sensors were out after the tires were installed and Walmart informed me why/what may have happened when JGC couldn't provide me with any information. This time, JGC called to inform me that 3 sensors would need to be replaced as I only replaced one in 2021 with Walmart. When I received my truck back on 2/28, the replaced sensor was no longer reading as well. JGC quoted me

I took my car in for what should have been a simple part, and now my car is constantly shutting off and barely cranks. I have been trying to get this resolved for a month. They are, of course, saying something else is causing it to get more money. However, there is no reason for my car to start absolutely fine, and then all of a sudden, it doesn't. It cut off as soon as I got down the street from the dealership. I have left a message for the manager to call, and he/she has not. It is really a shame to take people's hard earned money, mess up their car, and not try to make it right. This is my only transportation, and they could be careless. Please save yourself a headache and go someplace else. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I will definitely be filling a complaint. UPDAT

Your person was not engaged in my process at all. No one came to discuss any checks conducted on my car for additional service that maybe needed. I asked on my way out if I needed service on any other areas. He said I will need filters replaced on next oil change. I could have gotten them replaced with this oil change. I am still showing low oil in my app. I won't return to this location.

The “manager” should definitely learn some people/customer service skills. Last desk when you pull in i didn’t even bother learning his name. Just telling someone over and over again it’ll be 2 weeks to just check something for a customer who is willing to pay is beyond wild, especially when you have 3 mechanics doing absolutely nothing standing behind you. Every Chevy dealership in this area gets worse and worse I’d give 0 stars if i could.
