Called and they were able to get me in the next day. Great customer service and the vehicle was impeccably clean inside and out when I picked it up. Nothing around so plan to have someone pick you up. All in all, will be back 🧽

Every now and then, I encounter a business that blows me away with their quality, attention to detail, as well as the attitude of the staff. The leader Adam is probably the reason Jim's is so great, he's a consummate pro that knows how to treat people. I attached some before/after pics of a relative's car that was sitting around for a while, they absolutely kicked ass on it.

Did an ok job of detailing. The major drawback was that whoever cleaned the rotors, did so with something that wasn’t brake cleaner. Car hasn’t stopped the same since. I’ve hit the rotors with actual brake cleaner a few times and thought that eventually the problem would work itself out. It hasn’t. Will not be bringing my vehicle back here. Edit: In response to the owners comment. It is clear to me you are not a mechanic shop and don’t use brake cleaner. I drive a g70 and the brake rotors are visible through the wheels. While my car was in your care, you put something on my rotors that made them slippery which created longer stopping distance and compromised the safety of the car. I don’t know if that was the cleaner you used or maybe overspray from tire shine but my car hasn’t

I brought my classic Mercedes in for a hand wash, and Adam at Jim’s Detail Shop went above and beyond. He meticulously detailed every inch of the car — inside and out — with incredible care and precision. Not a single spot was missed. On top of the amazing work, Adam is genuinely one of the kindest and most professional people I’ve met. I’m not sure what his official role is, but he absolutely should be running the place. I’m now a lifelong customer and will be sending all my friends and family here. This is hands-down the best detailing experience I’ve ever had. Adam is the real deal.
