Jim's Express Car Wash

This place used to be great. Apparently they are under "new management" and the bar for the staff has been lowered. I'm specifically talking about the man mentioned in other recent reviews (and pictures.) I'm not sure what kind of illicit substances he uses, but they do nothing for his mood nor his wit. "Rude" and "unprofessional" are polite ways to describe his customer service. If I were in charge of this business, he'd be nowhere near my customers. He is a disaster waiting to happen. And given the abhorrent responses from the (owner) seen in similar reviews, I feel like this business needs more bad publicity. I can't wait to see the retort.

Had not washed my car in a while and paid for the hot wax or whatever the top thing was and severely disappointed. The only thing it cleaned were my windows. Everything else was still dirty. Edit: after a kind reply to an obvious oversight on my part, I short changed this location. I will do my research next time without thinking hot soapy water would take off the grime.

I personally know the owners, been a member at this car wash for a long time and the equipment always works. I've never had any issues at all, and I will definitely continue my membership there. I highly recommend this car wash.

The carwash was fine. Got the dirt removed. Used the vacuums too. This one star review is for the mean old woman smoking a cigarette that started barking at me when I didn't do anything wrong. I've never used a car wash before and my gear shift kept causing me to slip back instead of into neutral (old car). Instead of having any patience or humor in it she started getting mad at me again just like at the card reader when I didn't know it didn't need to be left in (like how most of those type of readers work). One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life.

This is a great car wash. Friendly service. Remember the towels are in other bin out next to the wash exit. I'll be back here next summer to wash my Van.
