My car broke down five hours from home, and a representative at NTB recommended Jimyz. I’m so grateful they did! Jimmy quickly discovered a major issue with a part connected to our transmission. He was able to repair it and have our car back up and running within just a couple of days. He even went above and beyond by doing a full inspection to make sure we understood the overall condition of the vehicle before investing an additional $4,000 into it. He reassured us that once this part was fixed, the car would be good as new. Thank you, Jimmy!

I will never take my car to Jimyz Automotive again. In June of this year I took my wife’s car to Jimyz for an ABS/brake light issue. They diagnosed it as a bad wheel hub assembly, easy enough fix, but not for them. They replaced the wheel hub assembly but, it went bad in July. I thought not a big deal, maybe it was just a manufacturing fault and Jimyz replaced it under warranty. When I picked the car up, ol’ jim bob told me if it happened again I would have to replace the knuckle because the hub assembly was loose in the knuckle. I thought that was odd because the knuckle isn’t something that wears out. The hub assembly went bad again in August, so I decided I would replace it myself with a quality part from Motocraft. Upon removal of the wheel and brake parts I found the knuckle had been
