So far so good. Mixed reviews online, vehicle is good, needs a new oil change soon. Runs and drives good. Don’t expect a lot when going to this dealership. By that I mean if you know what you’re looking for…great!. Period end of story. Otherwise they will take care of your needs like a server needs to refill your water. They get the job done, but don’t expect over the top make you feel at home service. Need a car??Great, we got you? Need financed?? No problem. They like Capitol One. Not a fan btw. I had an excellent experience with the service department at Kia of Streetsboro. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and quick to help. The advisors explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I understood what was being done on my vehicle. The work was completed on time, and my car runs perfectly. It’s rare to find a dealership that treats you with this level of care and respect. I had my transmission worked on recently, and I couldn’t be happier with the service Michelle provided. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and ensured the job was done efficiently. The transmission is running perfectly now, and I truly appreciate her attention to detail and dedication.

The staff seem great, but good luck calling the service center. After extended ringing, you are either asked to leave a call back number that no one will call, you choose to wait on the line which results in an error and immediate hang up, or you are forwarded to their answering service overseas. The answering service will take you information and then say they will transfer you, but they just hang up. Every time. The only way to contact them is to call repeatedly throughout the day and just hope that someone on site picks up the phone. I've had to drive over in person 3 times just to check on the status of my repair (which has been pending for 3 weeks with no resolution in sight). I'm sure the people who work here are great and the work they do might be exceptional, but I haven't made it

I recently got new tires here, and I’m so happy I chose this place! I really needed them, and the price was great, but what stood out the most was the amazing staff. Everyone was so welcoming and kind — they made me feel really good about my decision to go with them instead of the competition. Highly recommend!
