I brought my 2021 Audi SQ8 to this dealership after getting a check engine light and noticing a loss of power, likely due to air leakage from the turbocharger. The car simply wasn’t driving like it used to — it felt sluggish and underpowered. The dealership initially couldn’t find the root cause, but said it might be related to the water pump and promised to fix it within two days. That turned into almost two weeks. They told me they had to order a part from North Dakota, causing delays. When I finally picked the car up, I was surprised to be charged $100 for labor, although the vehicle is covered by an extended warranty. 10/10 would buy a car (and maybe blush a little) again! My salesman was way too charming for his own good — sweet, attentive, and somehow made signing paperwork feel like flirting. He didn’t just sell me a car; he completely won me over with his personality and kindness. If customer service had a dating app, he’d be a swipe-right every time. 💁‍♀️🚗💕

I wish I could leave negative stars. I bought a truck this year, early summer. Had it a few weeks, took it in for some warranty work, which the warranty I purchased with vehicle. Was told that an engine lifter was bad, then 3 weeks go by and was told my engine was blown. I was told the vehicle had been taken off road, and that there was mudd in the engine bay, wheel wells, and on top of the fuel tank. All of which, wasn't true. I was told 15,000$ for a used motor with 50k miles on it. So I told them to put the engine together, and return it to me in the running condition I dropped it off in (had a slight lifter tap). When I picked it up, check engine light was on. Transmission was in limp mode (wouldn't shift) and when I finally made it home and hooked my scanner, it was throwing 7 engine

Disappointed in your service department. I called to schedule an appointment for an battery and i was told that the car needed to be diagnosed before they could replace the battery and i explained to them i already knew my battery was dead i don’t need it diagnosed. The lady i spoke too kept insisting i needed to get this done and also was trying to charge me almost 500 dollars for a battery. Not even my BMW battery cost that much. I will not be returning for service seems like you guys are trying to nickel and dime people. I took my car elsewhere and paid a little under half the price you all quoted and car is running like a beauty.
