Matt at Midas was truly amazing. I came in feeling really scared and unsure about what was going on with my car, and he immediately made me feel at ease. He was extremely helpful, patient, and kind, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or dismissed. His customer service went above and beyond, and his reassurance honestly meant so much in a stressful situation. Matt is the kind of person who makes a tough experience so much better — I’m really grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend working with him.

Called the shop for an estimate on front brake replacements and got a quote that was better than other shops nearby. Robert, the store manager, and his team checked out the brakes and showed me that they were still in good condition and didn't need to be replaced. They also checked the back brakes and the whole brake system, took a test drive and assured that all was good. Loved the honesty from them and will definitely be back once I do need service.

Got an alignment done and it was worse than when I dropped it off, then the worker lied to me and said it’s a technology thing and after I drive it a bit it will straighten itself out. I gave it 3 weeks and it was still the same, then I couldn’t get it fixed because I waited too long so I have to go spend another $135 to get my alignment done again at ntb tires where they did an amazing job.

Great service, saved me a lot of money to fix my muffler by welding in new metal vs the dealership that wanted to replace the whole thing for 3-4 times the price. Manager and staff are great honest folks. I will continue to bring my car here from now on!
