The manager Miss Campbell was excellent. The guys in the service department were understanding took their time to break everything down to me. and they definitely took care of my vehicle and I was out of there within an hour. I was able to get in the same day that I called. I highly recommend NTB. I will be sending others to get their car service. Thanks again.

Larrietta at NTB Streetsboro is absolutely fantastic. She was beyond helpful and walked me through every step of the process. Everything was easy quick, and they were doing everything they could to get the right tire in that day when they didn’t have it in stock. She went above and beyond for me and I recommend anyone to come here.

I am very grateful to Larrietta and Joe for their help in getting my brakes fixed. I came in after some issues with my brakes, but did not know the full extent of the issue. They both explained it to me, showed me what was wrong, and even worked to get me out by the end of the day, which was in two hours at the time I had gotten there. Sure glad I got new tires in December. Had a big trip and marginal tires so the timing was perfect. I thought I needed an alignment as well which is often typical doing all 4 tires. Lo and behold Bob comes in and says “ you don’t need one…”. That’s pretty rare in the repair business to get that kind of honesty. My second time dealing with that store and Larietta is such a pleasant service oriented manager too. I’m in a service oriented business and I pay attention to these things. 👍🏻👍🏻.

I was sent to this location after the Stow NTB tried twice and couldn’t properly balance my wheels after they installed my new tires. From the moment I arrived, the difference was obvious. The manager, Larietta, clearly runs a tight ship and was incredibly accommodating in getting me in right away. The team was thorough, professional, and took the time to make sure the job was done correctly. I walked away feeling much more confident in the service and the work performed. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this location.
