They are a bit short staffed, so detailing is taking a bit longer than expected. But let me say this. When i called in to set the appointment, they got me in, the very next week. I explained that I knew the base line quote would not hold up since it was a work truck. Since the the price has almost doubled from the base line and it's still got a day or two I the shop. Why 5 stars you are probably wondering, they have been clear and honest with the communication. They could have had me drive down and spent a day building a quote, then having me come back another time to do the work. They have had me call in and check about 3 times this week and the true eta has been pushed back a day. Is it perfect? No, I had to move a few jobs around to make it work. Can’t say thank you enough to Joe and his team! I had a brand new soft-top on my Jeep get vandalized with a knife and was heart broken as the top was only a week old! Joe was able to professionally repair the damage to my amazement. I was able to salvage the new top and he and his family business have a new lifetime customer. Mahalos Joe, I appreciate you!!!!

I had the headliner replaced in my Chrysler Voyager and they did such a great job they even added an insulating layer so the material didn't fall apart like before. The price tag of the replacement blew my mind, it was well under $200. My mind is still healing from all of that mind blowing experience. It was the 3rd vehicle that I took to Joe's for one kind of repair or another. Great group of guys.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give them negative stars I would It took Joe a week to return calls regarding an appointment! Then when we took the car in on a Wednesday they said it would be done by Saturday. 6 weeks later we finally got the car back but only after Joe yelled obscenities at my Husband. Then, to add insult to injury, there was only 1/2 tank of gas in the car. It was full when we dropped it off!! Also there was a pair of women's platform flip flops in the passenger seat!! Not mine!!! The customer service is horrendous and his attitude is even worse!! There are other options on Maui, you just need to check around!!!
