All I was looking for was to understand why my check engine light was on. I called multiple ford dealership shops to ask if I can bring my truck to get a quick diagnosis. The consistent response was it'll take multiple hours and I need to make an appointment and they were all booked up for the near future. My problem was I was going on a trip in a few days and couldn't wait that long. At Jory's shop, I was greeted in a very friendly manner and the mechanic did the diagnosis in 2 min and told me there is nothing I need to be concerned about for my trip and I can bring my truck in after my trip. Honest, friendly, quick response. What else can I ask for! I'll be using them for everything I need going forward.

My family and I have been going to Jory's since 1989. When he has changed locations over the years, we have followed him to his new shop. Jory is wonderful! He is extremely knowledgeable and in my opinion he could build a car if he had to. He has also provided me a ride from the train station when dropping off and picking up my car. I have called him for minor repairs before even going to a dealer ie., side mirror repairs. When you pick up your repaired vehicle, he shows you the old parts and explains everything about the repair. The first time I had my car repaired with him and he did this, I thought it was hilarious!
