I know this is a long review, but I wanted to make sure I included all the major details so possible future customers are informed. My car was rear ended and only received superficial damage to the plastic bumper cover and a small minor dent on the lift gate. The responsible parties insurance company claimed responsibility and sent me a check for $2300 for repairs. I knew it was a little low, so I decided to take it to JT’s Collision to get another estimate. When I took it there, I was told they wouldn’t do an estimate and that they would just work directly with the insurance company on cost after they took the bumper off to see if there was any other damage. Top notch! Would highly recommend! JT's recently replaced the bumper on my Ferrari after I had an unfortunate run-in with a groundhog. Overall, they did an outstanding job. The panel gaps and alignment are perfect -- I doubt it was this good when it first rolled out of the factory -- and the paint match is spot on. I appreciated how easy it was to get in touch with John Turner. He kept me up-to-date on the part sourcing (a job all in itself) and repair work, and he showed tremendous patience while answering my many questions. JT's also took great care of my car while it was in their shop during the 4-week repair process. It was kept indoors on a battery tender, and was returned to me with a full exterior/interior detail.

Worst mistake I ever made taking my car here. It’s frame was perfectly fine but was told it was bent and therefore totalled. I’d been driving it for weeks before bringing in for repair. It was a really nice car and this repair shop saw an opportunity and took it.

I took my vehicle there for a estimate. He looked at the car lifted the hood. oh it's totaled gave a outrageous estimate. Never took a picture one. Or even looked it over at all. Took it to two other places. Both asked first if I have lefted the hood to make sure it would close again. Then took a lot of pictures asked alot of questions and got a estimate for less then half the price. I will never take a vehicle there again . Just a warning for everyone. This place is a rip off.😡

I have a ferrari and two lambos, and I have exceptionally bad judgement, so I constantly ding them, curb them, hit potholes, etc. The only person I trust to work on my cars is JT. He's fixed my cars every single time I've damaged them over the last 5 years and he's done an amazing job. He never overcharges or tries to upsell services, he's always communicative regarding delivery timelines and service completion timelines.
