TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They misdiagnosed my car and when I requested they look again they said there was a problem with my struts and it would continue to get worse, but not enough of a problem to justify fixing it?? My car only has 36,000 miles on it and already needs new struts? That’s ridiculous Mazda. They lost my car keys, made me pay double the diagnostic fee “because so many technicians took a look.” I requested they look again because they were wrong!!! So nothing was diagnosed properly, I paid double, received rude service, and they lost my keys.
