Karp Volvo Service and Repair

The customer service at Karp Volvo is excellent. The agent who handled my visit, Mike, was very pleasant and efficient. My car was ready in a reasonable time frame and communication during the service was very good. The cost of service felt somewhat high, but I have not compared it with other shops so cannot say that it isn’t typical. I have also purchased two cars here and can say that the sales department is also excellent. I would highly recommend Karp Volvo.

I have had a couple of Volvo‘s in the past. This is the first time my husband and I purchased a Volvo from Karp in Rockville Centre. The staff went above and beyond , were very friendly, the communication w excellent as far as keeping us updated while my car was getting serviced. Mike & Dave were wonderful.

Ronnie assisted from very start. Very efficient & thorough mechanics- service desk always delivers thanks! They made my wait time extremely comfortable. Mike at desk was so accommodating. Great to see my multi purchase salesman also he gave me some great info.

I was new to Karp and will be using them for all my Volvo repairs. My “start/stop battery requires service”message appeared on my dashboard. I called them to ask if they could address this issue. I was a half hour away. The person on the phone was reassuring and informed. When I arrived I was immediately taken care of. The repair was done within less than a half hour. It was expensive but not unexpected. James at the front desk was engaging and professional. I highly recommend them.
