One of my tires lost a lug nut. The part was ordered for me right away and I was able to go on my lunch hour for it to be put on. All the lug nuts were then checked (without me asking) to make sure it was safe to drive. Friendly, amazing service and so efficient!

RVC auto repair does not deliver on proper repair service or customer service . I had to bring my vehicle back two times and the problem I brought it in for still existing. They had the car sit on the lot for 12 days and collected from insurance who now have to send me to another repair shop. Please stay clear of doing business with unethical practices like this one. Kevin Sr and Jr don’t even return a courtesy call to discuss poor management relating to their business practices.

I’d have to say if you don’t wanna feel any pressure in buying and hear the straight facts with no cuts and corners Kenny Lambert is the guy to talk to. I went in with the intentions on looking at the product I wanted and winded up purchasing the vehicle I was looking for. Despite the long process it was well worth the wait!!!!
