I've been coming to Professional Auto Center for years. I am absolutely in love with this family business. I was introduced to them by a friend years ago who sent me to them when they were in Lawrence and I followed them to their new location. As a woman I am so comfortable with getting my car worked on by them because they always explain to me what the issue is and they also show and teach me about my car needs. I never feel pressure from them and I am always comfortable in their establishment. It is ALWAYS clean and their customer service is amazing. I enjoy watching them work together as a family and team.

I usually come for my Inspections,oil change, fixed unforseen motor problems, including break service, parts, engines and definitely most of their diagnostics are 99% accurate,🧑‍🔧🕵️🧑‍🔧. I have been with professional auto center back when they were on Rockaway Turnpike. All I can say is I legit love them. They’re the most trustworthy professional mechanics I have ever been to. I use to fear going to a mechanic for overpriced part's , damaging other parts, adding extremely high labor fees. Not anymore not with professional auto center. When I bring my car in for a simple oil change they go above and beyond. They top all my fluids , check the whole car as a whole and if anything needs to be done they will let me know. There’s never any pressure or push to sell you anything. Very very accommodating and I’ll say again affordable . I have sent all my friends and family there , I would HIGHLY recommend them for any and All services .

I've been coming to this family for many years. Before they moved here, I used to visit them in Lawrence. They are always friendly, professional, and honest. Whenever my car needs service, this is the only place 1 go. I've also referred many friends and family members here because it's hard to find honest mechanics these days. At this shop, you get great service at a reasonable price. I'II always bring my car here because I trust them completely.
