I've been in the Nissan family for years. Normally, I go to another Nissan and handle my leasing. This time, I decided I wanted to stay local and because I experienced great customer service at Nissan RVC when I brought my Rogue in for servicing, that I wanted to give the sales dept. a try! My husband & I were introduced to Shemar (our sales associate), and what a great experience it was. He was patient, knowledgeable & friendly. Honestly, all the staff we came in contact with, were wonderful! S/O to Javier (he went over the "tech specs" of the car with me), Robert (Finance Mgr) we had great conversation while going over the numbers (How often do people say that lol) and the young lady he was training (I believe her name was Anna... but I'm not 100% sure my apologies). (This review is way overdue!) I had the most incredible start-to-finish experience at Nissan of Rockville Centre. I originally stopped in just to explore my options for a lease turn-in (no expectations at all), and ended up driving away in a brand new car within hours! Came into Nissan of Rockville Center to see about trading in our older Nissan Leaf and Juan and Flavio worked so hard to give us the best options possible. They were great, flexible and willing to work within our budget. No pushy salesman, just two honest up front guys. I’ve used the service center before and had a good experience there as well so our hopes were high going in and they didn’t disappoint. We’ll be return customers for sure.
