Kelley Bros Tire & Auto

We were on our way to a scheduled VERY IMPORTANT postoperative surgeon’s appointment, when our tire blew out in front of Bojangles. We had approximately 20 minutes to make it to our appointment. We were still 10 minutes away. We were fortunate enough to be able to pull in the parking lot of the service station just off the road. We looked up and saw the sign for Kelly Brothers. My husband called them from the parking lot and they told us to come over and they would help us get back on the road. A young gentleman came out quickly with a jack and all the required tools. He quickly changed the tire with a smile on his face. My husband went inside to pay for the service and the sweet lady would not allow him to pay. Amazing customer service! We literally broke down in their parking lot on a Friday at almost closing. They were kind enough to work us in and repair our issue, working well past 5:00. They had us out the door and we even scored some fabulous goods from the Farm Store they run! Great people!

I walked into Kelley Bros desperate for a very last minute brake job. Despite them being extremely busy, they took my vehicle right in. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. They even had a small Farm Store within their lobby with fresh eggs, meats, seasonings, and other items from their own farm! Pricing was also very reasonable. I will definitely be returning for maintenance when I am in the High Country. Thank you Kelley Bros!

I spoke to a person named Georgia who scheduled my appointment. I showed up today for my 9am appointment and come to find out Georgia never put my appointment in the computer. The lady I spoke to in person working at the shop never apologized for the mistake. Bad customer service.
