Kendall Toyota of Eugene Service and Parts

Requested 2 services. FAIL. Didn't rotate tires on my AWD and never told me, even though it was requested. I later noticed the fine print that they didn't do it. Called in and they made me wait to talk to Brittney, the young inexperienced girl. Why couldn't someone with experience just answer me when I called? Brittney had to ask someone else after all and still gave me the same line about not needing rotation since most tread was already on the drive axle??? (AWD, remember?). OK, so why not mention to the customer that you didn't perform half the requested service? Why let them find out later? Hope they don't notice you were too lazy to perform the requested service?

Tony Bickel was my service rep and was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Haven’t always been a fan of dealer service, but Kendall Toyota hasn’t let me down yet! Good job everyone!

Took my Tundra into the service dept.Service Mgr Duane, service tech Scott General Manager Gary Newport did such a great job keeping me posted on what was going on with my truck and supplied me with a rental for the few days it took to make the repairs. Everyone in service and sales very friendly and helpful. Even Izzy my Australian Shepherd loves going there for the attention she gets.

Honestly trying to understand why a simple oil change takes 2-3 hours to do. Do you guys not have enough mechanics to preform a simple task???! Plus the prices are insane! This is ridiculous and pathetic. I want a refund.

Absolute gems. They went above and beyond to get our rental car tire fixed, even staying late so we could get back on the road toward home. Professional, courteous, and graciously went the extra mile - best car dealership experience I’ve ever had. Would give 10 stars if google let me. Bonus points to Dana, Ashley, and Brian for exceptional service.
