I was involved in a fender bender today that left my vehicle inoperable and myself pretty shook up. AAA contacted Kitagawa to tow my car. Lito called me shortly after that. I was so surprised; I was expecting that it would take hours. He let me know where he was, and how long it would take. Given that I had a ride home, he gave me clear instructions on how to leave my car and he would tow it as soon as he could. Less than 2 hours later my car arrived. He was able to situate the car so that I could still access the garage. It took some maneuvering. Lito was so kind and helpful, and so everything went so smoothly. THANK YOU!!
10/10/10 will ALWAYS recommend Wade for any towing services! I hope to not need them very often - but if I do, KITAGAWA Towing will always be my first and only call. He was so helpful, friendly, timely & efficient! He took what was a stressful situation getting my car towed into an awesome experience of meeting someone who is genuinely filled with Aloha. I am very lucky to have had Wade help me out and as someone who doesn’t know much about cars or leaving reviews - I absolutely HAD to share how amazing he & his company are. Hands down - THE BEST!

Decent guys at the tow yard. They need to hire someone who's not a moke to answer the phone. Also, Google location is wrong.
