Kriete Truck Center - Fond Du Lac

I had a bad story a truck owner get ever. I can tell shortly, when i was in wisconsin my 2025 vnl 860 engine complately broke down unknown reason. After that issue i called Volvo Road Help customer service. They help me get a towing company in short time and they take my truck to Kriete Truck Center at midnight. I slept at yard till morning then shop open at 07.00 AM. They already know all story from their system. After 15 minutes Advisor JOE went out compiter for investigation. IT WAS SUPER QUICK REACTION. Heis super POLITE AND HE WAS KNOW what he do. If you an owner you know how going on dealer process if you hit wrong space. But Kriete team was awesome. They made me feel safe. After inspection the service manager MIKE told me all possiblity and how process will go step by step. He

Long story short, things took a turn for the worst, but they(mike) stood behind their work and made it right in the end. Service was overall fast, issue wasn't resolved, but after all is said in done, in the end, I'd recommend them and I'd give them another try if need be. Thanks yall and God bless.

I arrived late afternoon for a pickup. They were there on second shift. I checked in and asked about getting loaded. Even offered to wait until morning. One guy said he wasn't really doing much. Came out immediately and loaded me. Then drove around the yard to see what else needed to go. Found another box and brought it back and loaded it. Thank you for your hospitality. 😂
