Kustom Auto Body

In January we were involved in an accident. Our insurance company suggested Kustom Auto Body for the repairs. Maddie is awesome and kept us informed during the process. Waiting timeline for parts, mechanical damages and body damages. We got our vehicle back today and it’s good as new! We are very pleased! We highly recommend them.

They were very clear about what was being worked on and done to my car while it was under their care—very friendly and professional staff. Also, I always knew what was going on communication-wise between them and the insurance company. My car looked brand new when I got it back. All the lines and edges came together perfectly.

Both myself and my family consistently receive excellent service and results. I am extremely impressed by the color matching and complete correction to my back hatch after I had an incident with a tree branch on my old vehicle. I was honestly blown away by how perfect the results are! Truly like the damage never even happened! I also appreciate that they are a truly local, family owned business. I refer clients to this shop because I have firsthand experience with the quality of their work and know that they are always forthcoming about expectations, etc.. I highly recommend Kustom Auto Body without question! The receptionist is nice, patient, and had prompt same day responses to my constant follow-up emails. She did a better job at keeping me looped in than my insurance did! My car looks like new, smelled fresh and clean!
