I took my car to the service department of LaFontaine's last Monday of last week. I received a call. They said they had the part so they would start working on it right way Got a call that Wednesday, they had to wash my car and scanned my car but hadn't done any work. They needed a few more parts which they ordered last Wednesda It's now Tuesday. They haven't got the parts yet so it looks like I won't be getting my car which I was told would be a day or 2.. This will be the absolute last time I will ever do any business with them , I guess I should have read the reviews before I took it to them for repairs.

I purchased my vehicle from Lafontaine in 2023. I had an issue with my wipers not turning off, so since it was still under warranty I went there to have it fixed. I made an appointment and the vehicle sat for a week before someone could look at it. They told me that the tech was having issues with other vehicles and he would get to it soon. After two weeks they said they fixed the issue. Two months later the same issue started to happen, so I returned the vehicle and once again it took over two weeks to fix a problem that should have been fixed before. They said they would “push me up on the list” since it was an issue that they didn’t resolve the first time. After a number of visits, spanning two vehicles, I'm certain they operate like fast food establishments. The number of cars they intake in a day doesn't actually equate to the number of cars they have the staff to actually service. My experience is that you should be prepared for them to have your vehicle for 2 weeks minimum for anything other than basic oil change, or things like tires, etc.

I went here to get some parts. They didn't have them when I got there and I had to wait a day. Other than that it was a great experience. I have no idea how buying a car would go but if you need to go and buy a car. Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram
