Lakemont Apartments

I’m in my 5th year of living at Lakemont and am very happy here. The apartments are spacious, and I never have had an issue when requesting maintenance. It’s a very quiet community since it’s located on a dead end street. Great location too. . .close to shopping, several restaurants and the interstate. Another plus is friendly tenants!

I lived at Lakemont Gardens Apartments for the past two years. I loved EVERYTHING about it. My apartment was so quiet and peaceful. My neighbors were all kind. They always said hi or stopped to have a conversation with you when in close proximity. Jeanine, who works in the office, was always so helpful and quick to respond. I LOVED the pet free community aspect as well. The only reason I moved was due to a relocation to FL. I wish I could've transplanted the entire community with me. Definitely recommend this complex.

Lakemont is a very nice place to live. Maintenance is given high priority. Neighbors are very friendly.

Apartment is in terrible condition, given to me smelling like cigarettes, and has a strange back door with no lock to enter into your apartment that you do not have the key for, even if you request it. A very strange safety risk in my opinion. Would not recommend this place at all

I lived here several years ago. Best apartment I lived at in the area. The management team was great when I lived there and even now when I recently accidentally mailed something to my old address. The management team contacted me and mailed the item to me free of charge.
