Lakeside Ace Hardware

I will not be purchasing from this store again. After picking up my items ordered online I realized that I was missing 5 small items I had ordered. I called when they opened the next morning, Someone finally picked up the fourth time. I explained what I was missing. The person I spoke to said they would call me back after they spoke to those that were working the previous day. Six hours later I tried calling again since I had never gotten a call back, still nobody would answer the phone. I called from my personal number four times and my work phone twice before it was finally answered. Very Very unprofessional!! From now on I will be driving the few extra miles to The Home Depot.

I purchased a snow blower online from Lakeside Ace Hardware on Thanksgiving day to take advantage of Black Friday discounts. The only problem was we were expecting a big snow storm over the weekend and the only delivery date available was the next Tuesday. I got a call early on Friday morning from Lakeside Ace Hardware saying they could deliver the snow blower on Friday. Thank you for the great customer service!

Wow. They were all very nice and very helpful Ace has a lot products. They have pizza ovens,beautiful faucets. Lots of cleaning supplies. Paint. Toys. It was great

I lost my car keys sn the salesman searched all over looking for them. Before we started he took Me over to the sanders an showed me the right size I needed to buy. Very nice an efficient with his knowledge an didn't treat me like a dumb elderly woman.. very pleasant to talk to an led me right up to check out. Made sure I had new coupons also
