My new Audi A6 etron got hit on a parking lot after just 913 miles. The Audi referred me to LaMettry’s and I’m glad they did. They did an outstanding job and my car looks like “new” again. It took 5 weeks because of a part that needed to come from Germany and was stuck at customs. The outstanding communication from Ajay every couple of days kept me up tomaatje on the progress. Just a great customer experience.

I love them! Went to them last year and they are always my first collision center. They buffed out my scratches and head lights for free while I was fixing my claim on my vehicle! They have a history of being very personal and won’t shove business down your throat. They are probably the most expensive collision around, HOWEVER they are for a reason!!! If your insurance is covering your repair or your car is your baby, go here. 100/10

I'd like to give LaMettry's 5 stars for effort alone, but I can't. Having my car in for a repair after an accident in which the other driver drove into the side of my car, LaMettry's took exactly 6 months to the day to get my car repaired. My car is German, and shipping delays accounted for a month's wait time. It took another month to complete the repairs and repaint the side of the car. So why 6 months and not 2 months? LaMettry's kept getting things wrong. Repeatedly. To their credit they always wanted to make it right. The car needed to be repainted three times. Panels or doors kept not being aligned properly. A lot of details kept being missed, or they'd fix one and then create another, or forget about one more thing. I believe I had the car back in to their shop at least six more tim

After being rear-ended in my Tesla just a month after purchasing it, I decided to take my car to a locally owned shop rather than going directly through Tesla. I wanted to support a small business, and while the process took a bit longer than expected, the team did a solid job overall. The paintwork came out beautifully, and the car looks great from a distance — you’d never guess it had been in an accident. The staff, especially Ajay, was polite and professional whenever I reached out, and I appreciated that they worked with my insurance adjuster to keep things moving along. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, the shop ultimately delivered a car that drives and looks much better than when it arrived. I came to the Eden Prairie shop for an estimate after an accident. The staff was kind and professional throughout the whole experience. Kenna and Ajay were great with their communication and my million and one questions. I would highly recommend and definitely use them again.
