Thad is an excellent salesman who went out of his way to get my daughter the vehicle she wanted in her color choice. Lander’s Nissan has some of the nicest employees in the area. Another salesman Jeremiah is also ready to give you a great deal on a new or used vehicle. We thank Thad and all the management for making my daughter’s day more eventful.

HEADS UP! You need to make sure you DON'T have a Service Agreement/Warranty before you pay for any service you have done at Landers Nissan, Southaven! They can see if you do or don't in your information, but will charge you either way! I paid 5 different times, over 2 years, for services that were covered by a Service Agreement. The 6th time, thankfully, that service writer called my attention to it, because HE COULD SEE IT ON THE SCREEN! Makes me wonder... 1. if I were a male, would this have happened? 5 different times?? and 2. how many others have paid for services, that were knowingly, under warranty or a service agreement. 3. it happened to me, and 2 days later the same thing happened to a close friend of mine! hmm. I'd be very interested to see an audit on Customer Paid

I’m writing to express my frustration with this dealership. I have always had my Armada serviced here since moving to Southaven and the experience has always been ok at best. I recently bought my SUV in to have the alternator tested as it was not starting. I was told that the alternator was fine and I needed another battery. This was after keeping my car for two days. I purchased another battery and had it installed at the dealership around September. Today on 1/5 while trying to leave the Sam’s next door to the dealership my truck would not start once again. I walked up to the dealership service to explain what happened and needing a boost and the guy in the service department was dismissive and offered no help at all.
