If I could leave 100 stars I would!! I can’t say enough good things about the two gentlemen that helped me out, William and Kahni. From the very beginning, they were honest, patient, and truly cared about helping me find the right truck. There was never any pressure — just real conversations, clear answers, and genuine effort. I couldn’t be happier with my truck and truly appreciate the time and care that went into helping me. I also have to give a shout out to the whole team, including the customer service coordinator, Shawn. This whole dealership if filled with GREAT & GENUINE people. I had the delightful experience of being assisted by Mr. Chris Hernandez. I found Mr. Hernandez to be very professional. Very thorough in explaining to me What was going on in regards to my car. I was under the impression that I was going to have to rent a car and and come back, etc. None of that was the case. He explained that it is It’s going to be taken care of today. And it requires a computer upload or download, something like that. Anyway, he appears to be a very vital component to your company. I saw a lot of medals on his desk. Sloopy work and paying for services not rendered. I brought in service to get my oil change and one tire patched. So they recommended a tire rotation agreed. They finish the work with oil all over my engine and my tires not rotated and not patched because it was too worn which I was fine with but they charged me for a tire rotation that did not happen. The worn tire with the nail is still in the same location. See photo of oil stains left after oil change. My car is only one year old so it shouldnt look like a ten year car, they didnt care to clean up the mess. Left stains on passenger side panel. What a mess.

I recently purchased a new 2500 Ram from Landmark in Morrow and I will say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I had a number I absolutely needed to be at and Lee and Cody made that happened. The process was seamless and quick. Lee was very informative of the vehicle and made everything smooth. Will be back for my next one.
