Landsby Place Apartments

I give this apartment complex one-star only because I had to in order to write this review. The advertisement on their web page is not even close to true. I have a family member that lives in there and there's not one single ceiling fan in his place at all. The walking paths haha that is funny they should have said sidewalks that go from apartment to the next would have been a better description. Forestry no not even close there might be a few trees around in there here and there. Personal Garden space that is funny because my family member was specifically told that they could not put any plants in at all. And as for the dog park there isn't one on the side of a couple of Apartments there's a larger area that is full of bark mulch. They are very dishonest so be aware

New management (one year ago) has devastated landscape, alienated residents, is understaffed, and defers maintainance. Lacks secure storage, parking. Does not provide advertised amenities, and is seriously overpriced. Update 9/22: Turnover of staff continues. New on-site manager doing his best to improve maintenance, landlord-tenant relations. However, industrial real estate has taken hold in a big way, solidifying "profit over people" business as usual. If there was ever a friendly, "garden apartment" community here, it's been replaced by a sprawling, largely alienated, nearly lifeless tract of luxury priced but luxury-less mini-units.

Surely this place can be more professional in their wording of the letter of denial of applic action it stated "unable to approve application due to BAD credit , really wouldn't it of been more professional to say low credit score coming from a business that's suppose to be professional, they want a 620 credit score my friends was just below that, then it stated federal law rights to check your credit and there is no agency of what credit report they got the score from to get a free copy that line was blank. Unbelievable I think you can do way better in your words. It was Pathetic. Hope this gets to the corporate office and they find another way to word their so called professional letters.

Nice place to live. Most people are friendly. Very dog and cat friendly. Love the trees and all the cute squirrels running around. Love all the birds and hummingbirds at all the feeders. Closest to nature as you can get in town. The office always prepares breakfast for tenants free every monday-friday in the Clubhouse. Get selections of books in the awesome clubhouse if your a reader. Landsby has a bus and takes tenants every Wed. to Winco one week and Walmart the next Wed. LTD bus stop is right on the corner of Jacobs and Concord if you take the bus. Payton in the office is a great person to deal with. She is very helpful if she's able to help you with an issue she's right on top of it and gets results for you. I have no complaints. I think it's a beautiful place to live. Also I am a vet

Amenities advertised aren't available; NEVER answer or return phone calls; treat tenants differently and often unfairly; park their vehicles in visitor's parking leaving no place for visitors; won't give tenants without a vehicle parking privileges
