Really helpful! They were able to get me a part for my spigot that the local hardware store didn’t have, saving me from having to replace the whole thing!

Called leeps supply Thursday May 1st to get a quote on a replacement hot water heater. Was told it would be $851.90 Sent my son Friday morning to pick it up and was charged $948.10. when I called to ask how the price went up $100 in one day they told me the price went up because of the tariffs... I'm pretty sure tariffs don't affect in stock, made in the USA products that are sitting in their warehouse! This is my second hot water heater from leeps and I will never buy from them again... Trying to scam a repeat customer out of $100 using political views is disgusting.

Maybe it's my pride, but I'm always hesitant to ask for help. I was having some issues with my outdoor spigot and tried for weeks to solve it. I would read articles, watch videos, go to a store to pick up a part, then return it because my house apparently has a spigot that nobody else on the internet has. After fighting with this for weeks, I learned of Leeps. I didn't know there was one in Lowell, but that's where I decided to try. I took a few parts from my spigot into the store to show them the issue I was having, and they immediately knew how to solve it. They went back, grabbed my part, and I was in and out in 2 minutes. My spigot no longer leaks and now I know I have somebody I can go to for plumbing questions rather than wasting all my time trying to figure it out myself.

Always has what I need,bought a hot water tank and still working beautiful. Wish you guys were open on Saturdays
