Lowell Body Shop

My Mom and Brother recommended Lowell Body Shop to fix interior damage (!) inflicted on my vehicle by a different body shop. From the beginning, the staff was very professional and friendly. Dave took a lot of time going over the details of how the damage could be repaired, what to expect, the cost, future durability, etc., which was greatly appreciated in a (virtually anymore) world of the "make money and get them out the door" mindset. This establishment actually takes pride in their work. They were just as concerned as I was about getting my vehicle interior as close to the original (pristine) condition as possible. The outcome (and thank you to Sam - he works wonders!) was much better than I anticipated, so much so, that I took another vehicle in a few weeks later for a minor adjustmen

I just got my truck back from Lowell body shop and am amazed at the great job they did. Dave is a great guy to do business with he kept me informed on what's going on and took his time to explain everything and his guys are wizards at their trade. Thanks again Dave, beautiful job!!

My daughter took her truck there and got an estimate last October to get damage fixed to her vehicle. She saved the money up to get the work done and took it back in again in April to see if the quote was still good. They did a new estimate and the quote had changed a bit, but that was okay. We called there to make an appointment to get her truck in to be repaired. They said somebody would have to call us back to schedule. We waited over 2 weeks. Nobody called. So we called again, and once again, they told us that somebody would have to call us back. And it's been about 3 weeks, and nobody has wver callwd us back. Horrible customer service. Apparently, they don't need the work or want it. So, we have chosen to take our vehicle elsewhere.

Absolutely the best workmanship, customer service around. They solve all problems! Faithful customer for over 45 years. Thanks again!!
