By far the best experience I've had so far with an autobody place. Seriously, every place that I called was telling me, "at least 3-4 weeks before we can start" ... Trace was able to take my car right away. The people I spoke with were polite and helpful!

Trace is the only place I trust and take our vehicles. Most recently I had to have my Acura RDX towed from Chicago back home to Lowell. Trace stayed for me to arrive as my eta was 5:00pm, their closing time. As has always been our experience with them, they fixed my issue in an extremely timely manner and also at an acceptable rate. They are friendly, honest, and trustworthy. I am so thankful to have them just a few minutes away. I recommend them to everyone.

Driving from Chicago to Indy on a Friday afternoon, we had a tire going flat. After calling other mechanics in the area who were too busy to see us, they recommended TRACE. The service was great, and prices were more than fair. Great small town mechanic!

I've been a regular customer for about 5 years. I recommended Trace to both my mom and girlfriend when they both ended up having car trouble in the same week. Long story short, they handed my mom's car back with almost every warning light on the dash glowing. When brought to their attention, they told her to go get it scanned at autozone, despite them having had the car a couple days prior. Furthermore, my girlfriend had to go back and forth to the place 5 separate times in the span of just a couple weeks as she kept getting the same reoccurring error codes that had been "fixed." I would give zero stars if possible. 1st red flag should have been when I dropped off my vehicle, a customer was picking up their vehicle but as it turns out they didn't fix the problem. Save your time and money. Charged over $100 for a diagnostic test which was a rip off. Misdiagnosed the issue, and tried to defend their mistake, long story short, they threw parts at the car and charged me for it. Then had the nerve to give me a quote for additional work.
