consistently defective parts and TERRIBLE customer service. warranties don’t actually mean anything if the manager Tammy feels like SCAMMING. took our warrantable parts and refused to give the money back so she could “look at them”, decided there was nothing wrong with them and refused to refund until her boss forced her to. we were returning/ warrantying the brakes BECAUSE THEY CAUGHT FIRE…. but per tammy there’s nothing wrong with them! she is completely unhelpful, INCREDIBLY rude, and someone/somewhere i would never in a million years recommend anyone go get parts through.

The inside looks nothing like what’s pictured. This place to other auto parts stores in the area is like going from Walmart to 7-11. Small selections of things, but works in a pinch. The guy behind the counter has the personality of a shoe, not very helpful

Best parts store in multiple countys they almost know everything you'll talk about or need and are super friendly, and always either have or can order the parts. If you are one that doesnt like the name NAPA dont worry thats like judging a book by its cover they used to be carquest and still have very good parts

Absolutely the nicest Napa crew I’ve ever spoke to. Friendly and helpful in the store as well as on the phone!
