Well the service experience on my truck was bad! Second to last oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours while I waited. My last oil change and rotation on my new truck purchased from them was also bad. Had 1:00 appointment and at 2:00 the truck was still sitting in the lot while I waited. I simply left. So made an appointment at Art Hill for the same service. It was completed in 1 hour. At Smith they were to order a part for the new truck, never arrived, prob never ordered. In summary guess where all my future service and next new truck will come from? Art Hill.

My service experience was excellent. They got me right in and the job was complete in the time frame they said it was going to be. However, my vehicle has light gray leather and I returned to it to find dirty mechanic fingerprints all along the armrest on the door panel. This is an easy detail to get right. I don’t want to have to clean up after you.

Every time I have brought my vehicle in there to be fixed or looked at they always do an excellent job. Customer services always great everyone that works there is very friendly and respectful. Never had a problem with them. Wanting two vehicles from so far. This is our favorite dealership to deal with
