I like the honesty. I had picked some Tires. The guy said that they weren’t good. He looked thoroughly for some other tires, but I was looking for and they’re working very well. It was fast service. I am very satisfied with Leo’s tire shop

I am so sorry I am unable to give them zeros. We brought our van in for tires to be put on and a few days later we are driving and the entire tire falls off the car and makes us swerve and we had to call a tow truck(it was deathly scary!!!) 😢. We spoke to the tire office to let them know the issue and first off whoever we spoke with that answered is ignorant as hell; in both spirit and mouth! Do not be take your vehicle here if you enjoy your life.

So, I’d encourage no one to ever go to this location for a wheel fix. You’re better off just waiting for TRIPLE AAA to assist you. Today around 7PM(1/17/2025) I was with one of my young lady friends. She had came to them on the last week of December to get a tire plugged. Unfortunately 1/17/2025 today she had to return to the location(LEO’S TIRES)to get a a minor fix to the tire that was put on. When we arrived the supervisor or whomever was in charge at the moment was completely disrespectful. Customer service completely went out the window I thought I was in the middle of the desert with obviously no help based on how they were communicating with us. As the other reviews said the same. DO NOT SERVICE Completely unprofessional, they took 50 minutes to install a tire on my rim. The teenager they had on the tire machine was inexperienced… He attempted to sneak my rim back into my car.. and returned it all scratched up… couldn’t even give a proper receipt - had one sent via IMSG Additionally my tire went flat THAT SAME NIGHT…. Even after asking if they did the soapy water trick… and the teen replied “ just bring it back “ (I had a tow come get me at 10 pm on Christmas Eve…) Tire shop is sketchy and does not help the consumer out when they are in the wrong. The rim I brought was brand new less than 2 weeks old and they offered no additional compensation.. Horrible customer service after speaking with Eric the manager. My tire was flat a about two weeks ago came back in and because the same tire was going flat. I told Tony what was happening he took a look and the tire had to nails in it😳. He plugged the holes and assisted my friend from jersey with a new tire. The two times I came here they weren't rude or attempt to work me over. Thanks Tony
