The Service Staff is excellent. Not only did they exceed my expectations. They personalized my experience. They actually sent me a video via text of the technician servicing my car. I felt totally informed as to what was happening to my vehicle. They also provided a free car wash! Spectacular service. Passport Mazda gets an A+ for customer service!

I have been a customer of Passport Mazda Service and Parts Center for a few years and I always receive great service here. The staff are very professional, courteous, and helpful. The waiting area is clean and neat, and they offer free coffee and water. I especially love that the mechanics provide a video of their assessment of your vehicle along with a list of their suggested services/repairs with the costs. The video is sent to you via text and email, and you select which items you want to accept or decline. They also offer a complimentary car wash with your service.

One of the most pleasant and professional service providers I dealt with. I've been in the auto industry for the last 4 years, and dealt with many. This has definitely been my favorite service provider! I needed to get my catalytic converter fixed on my Mazda. I recently visited this Mazda dealership and spoke with Tonya and her manager George. They were both very professional and extremely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the experience easy and stress-free. The cars they have are also in great condition and of very high quality. I definitely recommend this dealership!
