Passport Nissan Marlow Heights Service and Parts Center

I'll try to make this as short as possible, but this is a review of the poor customer service in the Service Dept. I brought my daughter's car in for a diagnostic on 1/2/2026. The person in the photo, Angaletia, had an attitude within 5 minutes of meeting me, even slammed my car door. I confronted her and she attempted to dismiss me by passing me off to her supervisor. I asked him what he told her, and she lied, and said that I refused a diagnostic. Nevertheless, I asked him to address it with her. While waiting for the car, I saw Mr. Pinkney, so I informed him what happened. He addressed it immediately, while also asking another manager, Brian, to speak with me about what happened. I told them, and also told them to watch the footage since they have cameras. They never found what's wrong

I had an outstanding experience from the time I pulled up with the Service Agent Scott. He made me feel welcomed, valued and genuinely taken care of. He took the time to understand what was needed and answered all of my questions. Thanks Scott for not making me feel pressured or rushed!!

I cannot speak highly enough about my recent experience at Passport Nissan of Marlow Heights service department. Purchased a new vehicle yesterday after being made an offer on my old vehicle while in for service a day prior. When I arrived at the dealership for my appointment Terrell was at the door waiting for me and even greeted me by name even though I hadn’t met him before that moment. He was very respectful and personable throughout the whole experience. He listened to me and made sure I was getting what I wanted instead of being a typical sales person. Terrell found a vehicle that was within my price range and had all the features I wanted in order for the deal to be worth it for me. He made sure I was satisfied with everything and I’m sure if I wasn’t he would’ve did what he had to do in order to make sure I was. Thank you Terrell!
