Passport Toyota Certified Collision Center

I had previously decided not to engage with Passport Toyota in any capacity after a negative experience in 2023. Unfortunately, following the total loss of my vehicle on 4/4/25, it was brought to their collision center. When Kaila reached out to schedule a time for me to retrieve my personal belongings, I responded that Wednesday would work best, but I never received confirmation. On 2/21, during a meeting with the sales department, I was informed that the collision center closes at 6 PM, so I agreed to stop by the following Monday. That morning, I called to confirm their closing time and was again told 6 PM, mentioning that I was coming to collect items from my totaled vehicle. My experience was amazing! My mother’s car was involved in an accident and her car was towed there to be repaired. Mr. Crawford kept us updated throughout the process and was quick to return our calls. I appreciate his patience with my mother. He was not just “doing his job”, I’m convinced that he actually cared. Michael Crawford exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Mr. Crawford for helping me understand that having to get car repairs doesn’t have to be a negative experience. I’m not looking forward to additional car repairs but if we need repairs, I will definitely call Mr. Crawford!

DO NOT GO HERE. When I received my vehicle back there were new indented scratches on my doors. It looks like someone marked these scratches up on my vehicle. It doesn’t look accidental. When I told them about these scratches no one helped or informed me about the process to getting it fixed there. If you can, please avoid going here at all costs. Poor customer service. Untrustworthy business and workers. Usually when I get my vehicle fixed, there are no new indented scratches, but here there was new indented scratches. Please do not go here.

My 2016 Toyota 4Runner ended up with this shop for over two months for a basic bumper, fender, and relatively straightforward suspension repairs. Kinda excusable during the pandemic, but now that we're on the other side, I think 'supply chain' and 'delays' were being used as cover for poor time/job management. Communication was unfortunately non-existent for the majority of that time, and pretty much all of it had to be initiated by me. Justin Hallock and his Team at Passport Collision are amazing. There was a slight glitch initially in locating a major part but after only a couple of days, identified one. Their communication efforts were impressive and the quality of work done on my car was top notch! Thank you to everyone from the Rental Dept staff who went out of their way to support, the body shop techs and the painters!! THANK YOU!!!
