Les Schwab Tire Center

Worst service! I’ve worked with this team before and everything has been great up until recently. My partner and I bought tires for a car less than 2 years ago and they were still covered under the tread life warranty. I don’t drive crazy and my tires usually last a long time. The tread on the back tires significantly wore out to the point that it could be dangerously to drive. While the front tires still have a ton of life. How does that make sense, that the back tires wore out so much faster. We went to go speak to the Les Schwab team and they weren’t much help. They stated that my tires are old and they can’t do much. They basically said that they could prorate the back tires but I have to get all new front tires because it’s an AWD. At the end of the day they are wanting us to pay full

These guy are GREAT!!!! They were very busy when I brought my car in to have the tire pressure censor replaced but were able to fit me in. They had several customers come in besides me all about the same time but got us all done. They even worked past their closing time so they could take care of all the customers even though none of us had an appointment. Jason is so easy to work with as well as all the other employees. Won't take my car anywhere else. They work hard and know what they are doing. Their prices are good too. Love this place and the people who work here. Thanks for all you do.

Today I found a screw lodged into my tire. I took my car to Les Schwab expecting the tire to be replaced. When my car was finished, I was trying to pay but I saw a confused look on the employee’s face. He told me that my tire was fixed for free. I really appreciate it, especially since I had to replace my radiator a few days ago. Thank you so much, Les Schwab!

This place is awesome. They people were really nice. I had brakes done and then a week or so later ended up with a couple crews in my tire. (2 different tires) They patched them up with no additional cost just to keep me driving safe. You can't be at customer service like that.

this les schwab is just the best. a vital service done well. the wait may be long if you're a walk in, but the service can be relied upon. i can't think of too many services in this city that can compare to the customer service, price & dependability of this les schwab. they meet a very high standard. (note: the chairs in their waiting area are brutal on arthritis!)
