Les Schwab Tire Center

10 out of 10 the bathroom was banging, the lighting and the spacious quarters was lovely!! And on top of that, they have what I think is fresh popcorn heavy on the think it was warm that’s all I know? And they had a pretty nifty phone charger overall a 10 out of 10 experience!!

We had our travel trailer towed in the night before, at 8am we were introduced to Josh Slater as the employee who would be helping us. Josh knew we were on vacation from Seattle passing through and said he would do everything he could to locate an axle for us to hopefully get us back on the road by end of the day. Josh Slater’s customer service was top notch, he was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, this service level is why I always recommend Les Schwab and will always bring my vehicles back. Thank you Josh, you saved our family vacation!

A difficult situation resulted in us having two trailers needing new tires and bearings yet I live out of state and could not take them in to the shop. The good people here agreed to pick them up and do all the work before I had to drive up into Jerome. They saved us a lot of time and hardship! Thank you Eddy, Steven and everyone at this store!!

We are traveling and had a flat on our truck. Thankfully this tire center was open on Saturday. They quickly took care of the situation and we were on our way. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. They even have complimentary coffee and popcorn. Thank you for taking care of us so quickly!

The best service!!!! My parents RV broke down near here. Les Schwab took such good care of an elderly couple. They were treated like family. Thank you for restoring my faith. Instead of being fleeced my parents were taken care of as if they were a part of the Les Schwab family. We appreciate you!
