Update. Jacob the manager called me to apologize and so I give him credit for trying to make the bad situation better. Wish there was a half star. I have been here for over 1 1/2 hours before my car was even pulled in. It’s now pushing two hours to get tires rotated. In all fairness the Othello store is the one that told me first come first served. I thought it was a Les a Schwab policy. I was told I couldn’t make an appointment it was first come first served. Well I guess that wasn’t accurate as no fewer than 6 others customers came in after me for flat repairs and various things and are now gone. FRAUDULENT - Should not trust your vehicle to be serviced here. Scheduled an alignment and tire rotation online, within 20 minutes of leaving my vehicle at your facility, I received a call saying we had a major concern with a missing bolt on the ball joint of right side. Unable to complete work without complete replacement ($350+) on entire ball joint. Advised we were "not aloud" to drive our vehicle away due to significant risk and would have to sign a liability waiver or pay for a towing service. We came in, signed the waiver and took it to our usual tire/maintenance shop who recently did work in the same area on our vehicle. I got there @ 12:50. Elise was pulled in @ 1:28. They didn't even start on her until 1:41. They pulled her out @ 1:56.

I just sent my wife to pick up two tractor tube air water valve cores. I was shocked when she came home telling me they were $12 each. I checked on Amazon - free shipping and one dollar each. Exact same brass unit with the same silver metal cap Is a 1,200% markup really necessary? I think Les is rolling over in his grave seeing what his brand has become.
