This is the third time in a row where I've left a tire to get repaired and they either ignored it until I checked back 2-3 hours later and then it was a rush job, or they simply forgot to call when it's ready. Last year, I was waiting in the store because they said it would be quick and didn't let me know it was ready for over an hour! This last time, I was told it would be about an hour. When I came back 2-1/2 hours later, the tire was still sitting outside untouched. They apologized, saying they were busy (didn't look like it) and they got it done in about 15 minutes while I waited. They do a good job when they get around to it, but they need to do better on keeping track of the tires and letting people know when they're ready. I don't have this problem at the other Les Schwabb loc

I noticed one of my tires seemed low but I was on my way to an appointment. Afterward I went to the Rathdrum Les Schwab to verify I was not imagining things. Dylan verified the tire was low. I asked if he could see what the problem was. He found a tiny staple had punctured the tire and was causing a slow leak. He fixed it. I expected to pay for this service but Les Schwab waived the cost. I am so grateful to Dylan and Les Schwab for finding and fixing the leak. I recommend this Les Schwab and the next time I need tires or another service they provide, I'll be back. THANK YOU!

Got a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle. Said the brakes were good. 1 week later brakes were completely worn. scratched up my rotors and they couldn’t help me. Thanks for the false inspection Les Schwab!

Les Schwab is the best for flats. Had a broken screw in the front tire and they had my wife back on the road in an hour with no appointment. As always, no charge. Great job!!!
